Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item and proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
For our international customers: even if the product is defective or damaged you are still responsible for shipping costs. Unfortunately, given the complexity of shipping we are unable to create return shipping forms for out of country (U.S.) customers.
For our domestic customers: we will send you a prepaid return label for any return for any reason.
● A 15% restocking fee will be charged for some returns.
● Damaged Items: Email us within 3 days of receiving the item firstname.lastname@example.org. Please including a full description and photographs of the damage. If damage is not reported within the first 3 days, we will not be able to replace your item.
● Un-arrived/late items: If you have not received your item after 20 days please send us an email at
● Shipping Destinations: We ship anywhere and everywhere. For international shipping we use USPS and you will be provided a tracking number. The tracking number will provide updates. If you haven't received your product 15 days after receiving a shipping number please contact us below.
